Theresa Perciasepe

Sport and fitness have always been a way of life for Theresa. She began her quest for knowledge as a student at Acadia University, studying Recreation Management while juggling a full-time athletic schedule of Varsity Rugby and Hockey. During this time, she was exposed to the world of weight training and strength conditioning and saw the benefits not only in her sport performance, but in her daily life as well. After years of struggling with body image, she not only learned strategies to help tone and shape the body, but also gained a newfound insight and appreciation for the human body. With increased energy levels and heightened focus in her studies, she decided to dedicate herself to helping others reap the same benefits and became a Certified Personal Trainer.

Theresa has learned countless techniques focusing specifically on building a strong foundation. This helps to ease chronic pain through development of core stabilizing muscles assisting in the fluidity of daily activities, increasing endurance, flexibility and strength through your muscles, joints and bones. One of the best gifts we can give our bodies is to strengthen it! Theresa is dedicated to helping others experience the many benefits of personal training and helping others achieve their best body possible.
