Our personalized Health & Longevity program uses your body’s biochemistry as the guide. We teach health strategies, methods and techniques that work – and that last – without adding health complications down the road. Led by our certified Nutritional Therapist, you’ll gain an understanding of how to:

Your journey starts with a one hour consultation with our Nutritionist, which will include diagnostic techniques of iridology, tongue analysis, pulse reading & body-mind evaluation. You will be provided with an introduction to cleansing & detoxification and be presented with a food plan to assist detoxification.

Your plan will be delivered to you in a 30 minute follow-up appointment. Where you’ll be able to ask questions and discuss options.

The Nutritionist will continue to support you through weekly emails that help to keep you on track, address any questions and to make any adjustments to the plan.

Two more 30 minute follow-up consultations will take place 4-6 weeks into your plan to review your results and discuss future goals.

There are lots of programs out there, why should I choose Gaia’s

If you are a patient of one of Gaia’s MD’s, your nutrition program is developed collaboratively with, and reviewed by, your medical doctor. If something isn’t working right for you, we will gladly review & update your plan as required. We provide weekly follow-up emails to help you stay on track.

Do I need to be a patient of one of the doctors to get on this program?

No, but the foundation of Gaia Clinic is its collaborative medicine model; thereby giving you the benefit of your nutrition plan being based on blood work & advice from your MD, which will result in a more personalized and successful program for change.

Who should take this program?

Anyone who’s interested in maintaining health through preventive methods. Food is medicine and forms a fundamental role in our wellness. Most of our current clients are women between the ages of 25-65 who are suffering from weight gain, loss of energy, digestive challenges, etc., however we also coach high-end athletes and those who need to be at the top of their game. This program can – and will – be very beneficial to men as well, so bring your husband with you!

What do I need to do to prepare for the program?

Do I need to empty out the fridge? What can I expect for food changes?

You can and should expect some food changes for sure – that’s why you’re here in the first place right? The changes will depend on each individual case. We can phase-in the changes based on where you are with your diet currently, and where you want to go, choosing the best foods for holistic health and longevity.
