During the ebbs and flows of motherhood, we go through many changes and transformation. Much of it is inspiring and rewarding yet other times navigating the intense demands of motherhood can be difficult and nurturing ourselves can be forgotten.
Spend an afternoon in the company of other mothers to take a pause and take care of you. Enjoy yoga asanas designed for mothers; build core strength, unwind tight mama -related areas such as shoulders and back and deep relaxation to recharge and rebuild your energy.
Enjoy discussion and perspectives from other mothers, build tools for self-care and learn to maintain a healthy balance as care-provider and nurturer.
